Entries may be submitted ONLY by using USA Swimming’s Online Meet Entry (OME) System.  It is necessary to know what events are going to be entered before starting the entry in OME. OME will be available for this meet beginning on Monday, June 2, 2008. Entries will close Friday, July 4th at 9:00PM CST.  For this meet the OME system will process payment by credit card. It will  accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Upon payment, a confirmation e-mail providing a receipt and a summary of the events will be returned. Entries are not in the meet until payment has been processed.  If you need to pay by check, please email the meet director senior@maswim.org after you go through the OME process.  At the check-out screen, please check the box that says "pay by check".

If you would like to enter an event using a time that is not showing/contained in the SWIMS Database - there is also Custom Times Entry Function in OME –but these times are not proven. If a custom time is used for any entry (regardless of which day the event is contested), proof of time must be submitted to the Administrative Referee by the scratch deadline for the event. Proof of Time consists of a copy of the final results showing the entry time from a USA or FINA Sanctioned, Approved, Observed Meet, etc (i.e. any time which would be eligible for inclusion into the SWIMS Database as outlined in the USA Rules and Regulations and SWIMS Times Module. A Clubs Hy Tek Team Manager results report or similar proof will not be accepted.
